The Organizational Effectiveness Profile systematically tracks organizations and sub-organizations on such critically important qualities as accountability for results, communication, teamwork, morale, job satisfaction, entrepreneurial urgency, customer focus, feedback, coaching, and acceptance of changeespecially important during times of transition. Much more than the conventional climate survey, the OEP highlights specific organizational strengths and needs. It also identifies "hot areas" that may require additional attention. From a large pool of powerful items, it is custom-tailored to the needs of the specific organization. The OEP can, therefore, accommodate existing models of leadership and focus attention on what is most important to senior management.
