

The Multidimensional Leadership Profile is a state-of-the-art tool for multi-level/multi-rater feedback. It provides executives, directors, managers, supervisors, and individual contributors with behavorial feedback from people at different levels of their organizations. Each comprehensive, user-friendly MLP report (about 12 pages) provides insight into what supervisors, peers, and subordinates (if any) perceive as the individual's major strengths and developmental needswhich, in turn, allows the ratee to compare self-perceptions to perceptions by others.
